In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – known as the TODO, we would like to inform you that the Administrator of personal data is:

Purposes of personal data processing:

Recruitment and employment of employees, trainees and apprentices. Granting of social benefits.
Delegating employees to companies cooperating with the personal data controller.
Outsourcing of employees to the administrator of personal data.
Participation in research and development projects financed from external sources (EU and state).
Cooperation with external entities with whom the controller has a contract for the provision of services, supplies, etc.
Providing new information, newsletters, answering your questions.
Marketing of services.

We process personal data on the basis of these legal grounds: the consent of the data subject, the Labour Code, agreements concluded between contractors, national and EU legislation under which personal data processing takes place. In special cases (debt collection, monitoring of traffic on the premises) the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the personal data controller.

Providing information about yourself is a necessary requirement to conclude a contract with us and the needs related to the Labour Code and other legal acts. Failure to provide this data will prevent the conclusion of a contract.

The recipients of personal data are:

Relevant entities of public and local government administration.
Companies providing services, in particular: personal data protection, IT service, computer software, training, financial, insurance, medical service.
Entities providing audit services.
EU and state institutions.

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. HR and occupational health and safety data are stored in accordance with current regulations. CV documents for the recruitment period. Data obtained in the course of handling projects financed from external sources in accordance with the requirements of these projects. Other information according to the internal instructions for storing documents and records, but no longer than necessary.

Persons giving their personal data to our company are entitled to: to inspect, transfer, rectify, delete their personal data or limit their processing, as well as to object and transfer the data (if possible). You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, as easily as you have given your consent. If you see that our company has breached the security of the processing of your personal data, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority or its legal successor after 25 May 2018. Our company does not profile personal data. If, in the course of possessing information on a given person, a different need to process it than the one indicated earlier arises, we are obliged to inform him/her when and for what purpose we intend to process the data. Your data is not processed outside the EEA.

We would also like to inform you that we are co-administrator of our fanpage on facebook.com. With the help of the filters provided to us, we define the criteria for the categories of people, and this data is used by Facebook in its marketing activities, the purpose of which is to persuade Facebook users to visit our profile. We receive the visit statistics in an anonymous form and Facebook uses cookies installed on visitors’ devices to process them. We would like to inform you that cookies of our fanpage visitors who are not Facebook users are also processed.
